Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping each gown to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs

  • All shipments include insurance and tracking

  • Shipping is available within the contiguous 48 United States only

Packaging

Each gown is carefully folded and vacuum-sealed to protect it from moisture, dust, and movement during transit. This method helps maintain cleanliness and significantly reduces shipping time and cost.

Delivery Care

Upon delivery, please remove the gown from the vacuum-sealed bag and allow it to hang. Light steaming is recommended to release any wrinkles caused by shipping.

Please keep the vacuum-seal bag and garment bag in case a return is needed.

Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once shipped, delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, it is subject to their delivery terms.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
